Group Fitness Classes
Join our experienced and passionate team of instructors and take your output up a few notches!
We offer a varied and diverse range of fitness classes that suit all levels of fitness, regardless of your goals or exercise background. All Fitness Centre members have access to our classes - so take advantage to keep your training program dynamic and engaging.
For your safety, participants are asked to arrive on time for sessions to ensure a full warm-up can be completed. Please note that an instructor may refuse the right to participate if they deem it to be risk to that persons safety.
PLEASE NOTE: occasionally we need to make changes to classes due to other pool bookings and users, particularly the needs of high performance sports. We recommend that you always check the pdf timetable (see immediately below) for details of any class changes for the current month.
